Where is POPARO located?
Poparo is headquartered in London, United Kingdom. Additionally, we maintain operations in the United States, Europe and Asia. Materials used in our designs and artwork come from a network of European suppliers, including partners in Poland, France, the UK and Italy.

Does POPARO ship internationally?
To make sure that our customers have the best experience possible, we currently ship to the United States of America, United Kingdom and select European destinations, with more locations coming. How long will it take to receive my order?
Artwork typically takes up to four working days to be crafted, quality checked and approved for dispatch. Shipping times vary by region, with the fastest available options for the US and UK.
Returns & Exchanges

Can I exchange an item?
In addition to our returns policy, we offer discretionary exchanges – some items are no longer in stock, or have postage limits/restrictions, so exchanges may not be possible in these cases. The best way to initiate an exchange is to simply return the original item, and select a different item through a new purchase. You can find more detailed information here.

What is the return policy?
Poparo offers a 14-day returns policy, with a free return label for UK customers. Just let us know if you'd like to initiate a return and we will be glad to assist you. How do I make a Return?

What payment methods does Poparo accept?

I never got my order, what to do?
Most shipments are delivered via tracked services, so in this unlikely instance, contact us and we will double check the status with the courier. If the items have not been successfully delivered by the courier, we will escalate the matter and ensure that you receive what you've ordered or a suitable alternative/refund (if applicable). Please make sure that you tracked your order from the courier's tracking page.
